In our greenhouse and vegetable gardens we produce various types of organic vegetables. Depending on the season we have cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplants, sweet pepper, zucchini, red and green beans, onions, garlic, beetroot, lettuce and herbs. We also enjoy experimenting with vegetables that are less familiar in Georgia, such as broccoli and cauliflower.
