Tsiteli Doli is one of Georgia’s old, endemic wheat varieties. It is very nutritious and aromatic, and especially suitable for wholemeal bread and pastries. We produce Tsiteli Doli wheat according to organic principles and store, sort and mill the grains at Temi facilities. We also make delicious sourdough bread from the flour, which you can taste at Temi restaurant.
